Jimmie Davis Homestead

This homestead is an ongoing maintenance project for park staff.

This house was originally built in the late 1800s/early 1900s.

The roof was recently replaced by hardworking park staff, volunteers, and donation funds from the Friends Group.

The next steps for this homeplace are replacing floor joists and siding, and fixing the foundation surrounding the home.
