Virgin Falls
Virgin Falls is formed by an underground stream that emerges from a cave, then drops over a 110-foot-high cliff before disappearing into another cave at the bottom of the sink.
Multiple waterfalls can be seen along the trail, including Big Laurel, Sheep Cave Falls, and Big Branch Falls.
The hike is 9 miles, goes through 900 feet of elevation change in and out, and is considered very strenuous.
